Bahadır Özazar is a senior pharmaceutical executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across sales,  marketing, production, strategy, and corporate operations, with deep expertise in CDMO, sterile injectables, and corporate transformation. He has held C-level and N-1 executive roles for more than 20 years, with full P&L responsibility, leading commercial, business development, and operational functions in both B2C and B2B environments. His experience includes managing annual revenues of up to USD 50 million. 

Between 2019 and 2025, Mr. Özazar served in multiple executive roles at BiRGi MEFAR Group, including Chief Strategy & Corporate Relations Officer and later Corporate Operations Group Director, reporting directly to the CEO. In these roles, he led long-term strategy development, corporate identity transformation, sustainability and risk management systems, and played a key bridge role in the 2022 acquisition of BiRGi MEFAR Group by ADQ, managing both pre- and post-acquisition phases.

Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceuticals, Abdi İbrahim, ADEKA Pharma, Aventis Pharma, and LifeWatch Health Sciences, successfully building and leading high-performing teams across oncology, hematology, nephrology, transplantation, cardiology, and primary care, including the establishment of Amgen and leading Astellas teams in Turkey.

Mr. Özazar holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Middle East Technical University and is a certified Sustainability Management Professional.
